Just trying to put a positive spin on things after our shiiiite form. Same with Levy talking about the new stadium turning us into winners. He just wants to deflect from the fact it could potentially turn out to be a disaster season, of which he would be largely to blame.

Palace are a tough team when they play away. Best city, we were fortunate to scrape a 4-3 win, they drew 0-0 at United, beat Leicester 1-4 and wolves 0-2. The way they set up suits playing away. Won't be easy.

You also forgot to mention that that have lost away to Watford, Everton, Bournemouth, West Ham and Brighton as well as at Chelsea and Liverpool. Also Palace have not won away to Tottenham in the Prem since the last century. Everything points to a Spurs win.

I didn't forget anything. I was making the case for them being a decent away side, as their form this season shows. I also didn't forget to mention that we beat them. Like i said, you should win, I doubt it will be comfortable though as they're a decent team on the counter and have had some strong away results.

Well not mentioning some of the poor teams they have lost away to, did mean you seem to have forgotten. However pedantic arguments can be left for another day

After 1 point from 15 (and that was lucky) tonight is about far more than the opening of a new stadium. If we win we can look ahead to the relatively friendly looking remaining home fixtures with optimism but a draw/defeat and we are getting into the sort of run that has cost many a manager his job.
