Who ever does win the league they will deserve it.. Every game city win it is cos they rolled over according to a few Liverpool fans.

They’ll have to go for the win against City now as hey also have Chelsea after. Whether that bodes well for us or not I’m not sure. It’s possible United will play for the win and get battered.
All joking aside, United have played well under OGS. They looked down and out v PSG and look what happened. Capable of a big performance, just hope derby day brings it out of them. They’ve got everything to play for, not just top 4 but reputation and career at a big club.
I was half jesting....utd will no doubt want to beat city and of course the everton result may actually help as already mentioned.
Depends really if utd can defend properly.
I think they (the players at least) will be fully wanting to win but they just aren’t good enough. 1-2 City.
Agree with Ace, every one of those players will be playing for their futures against City, doesn't mean they will win though ,but ........ !
I can imagine the atmosphere in Liverpool on Wednesday will be have to be seen to be believed. all the hate for Man U will have to be controlled and maybe even forgotten for a few minutes ,especially if they get something from the game !

Happy Easter lads
We’ve been pretty chit for over s month now. Don’t get your hopes up chaps
Utd’s last five matches have been awful, the mauling today was kind of unexpected, but knew it would be a tough fixture against an Everton side whose home form has been very decent lately.
Both teams needing a win, so this game has the potential to be a to watch

This isn't true whatsoever. The only reds who wanted to stop City were when you were on course for a quad or a treble including the European Cup.
Now that is no longer possible there's not a proper red alive who wants to see Liverpool win it.
Our season is as good as over. It's been miserable not going to lie. The only way it gets worse now is if the rats win their first title for nearly 30 decades.
Nobody cares if City win stuff. They have the best players and a man funding them who could buy United outright 10 times if he so wished. There's no real shock when City win stuff anymore. It's expected. It's a hollow victory and always has been.
I don't want us to win on Thursday. But I don't think we are good enough to win it anyway. City have a lot riding on it and will be too good for us anyway.
United have a lot riding on it as well. Failure to qualify for CL could have a detrimental effect on what will be a crucial transfer window.

Ridiculous generalisation that makes you look a bit stupid tbh.
Many, many Liverpool fans rightly acknowledge City for what they are - a fantastic team capable of beating anyone. In fact I’d say the vast majority are of that opinion.
Utd however are in appalling form, that can’t really be disputed.

Doesn't really matter what the fans want tbh. United fans are demanding for a clear out of players. With all the clubs that United will be competing with in the transfer market - while they will still sign players regardless, there's no escaping the fact that it'll be a lot easier to sign good players if they're in the CL.
Either way those players and the manager have their careers to fight for.

We are the one club who can live without the CL money.
Also.....I wish it was Thursday. Another day before I have to watch my cowardly football team again.
Suppose ‘proper reds’ would know what day they’re playing on

It's not about the money though. It's about signing quality players which will be hard if you're in the Europa League.
