I wouldn't say you don't deserve promotion. You DO deserve to be in the playoffs as your league placing suggests.
You've played some great stuff this season and I'd rather have Leeds back than most of the other contenders.
It looked like a team who was resigned to a miracle.
We’ve conceded first in half the games we’ve played in the league
That just kills you.
Added that beilsa tacticially has been clueless for months now
This is the lowest I have felt in a long long time.
Despite what a lot are saying right now, we are good enough for promotion. And that’s the worst thing. Before this Easter weekend all we had to do was keep performing like we did against Wednesday and it was ours. We have blown it. We have frozen.
Got to sort it out before the play offs.
I hope we do. We should be capable.
I’m not going to be joining wish we had saiz and supporting another club just yet

They’ve been known to happen at Easter
Yes we are capable, but not if we're playing as we are now.
Played poor today. Our mojo appears to have gone. Clarke isn’t the answer.
A great season though!
You could see it in their faces, the players had lost the game even before it had started
A great season though!

Only if we go up
I fully expect Bielsa to be blamed by Kinnear once he's gone.
Can see us finishing 4th now as Wba will get 6 points and a better goal difference. So Villa home and away and then the way we're playing almost certainly out.
Sad end to one of our better seasons that got us all hooked, had promotion dangling in front of us and then cruelly snatched away.
I would compare this season to needing 26 with 3 darts to win Bully's star prize. Scoring 11 and then "look at what you could have won"
Players looked shell shocked
------------------
Does not bode well for the play offs.
Miserable end to season
Credit to Bielsa post match, refusing to comment on refs penalty decision and more importantly going to support every player and defending them in public.
I feel teams know we leave space behind and have worked out how to play us.
We need to upgrade Dallas and Forshaw, send Harrison back after loan, sort out LB, can we upgrade Ayling if we're going to keep playing this system and get ourselves a 25 goals per season striker.
Can also look at whether Klich is a season long solution and get someone in who can deliver corners and free kicks.
That's assuming Bielsa is still here and we're not starting all over again.
Watched football for 50 years and you can tell a promotion side and we're way off.
Forget the playoffs.

No! It’s been a great season!
We expected top six at a pinch. We had that with a few games to spare.
Expectations were high after our great start but we have still exceeded them.
Expect promotion every season.
The club fails every season it doesn’t
Forget these clowns that say they want you in the premier. All they want is a sell out away support. They’re fed up of getting beat by Bournemouth and their 500 fans.
It really all went wrong when Bielsa started making room for Harrison and Roberts. I'm no tactical genius but I think Harrison is really bad for this team. Roberts too , possibly but I think he offers something. Harrison is just a liability.
on sky now they're wooing our first match v Derby, its like a different team, so much more energy, so much more space, hunting in packs. Now we're closed down quicker, less energy and not moving it quickly enough.
Yeas but it is a different team! It only takes one or two changes to ruin it.
Whatever happens Bielsa and co have met the expectations set out at the beginning of the season.... Radz & co didn’t show enough interest in the January window to re-prioritise and change the expectations from a play offs place to auto. This is the end result

So which of the sides below us... one of which will go up instead of us in your opinion, can you tell is a promotion side...from your 50 years of football watching experience?
On,y one thought for me:
Disappointing end to an auto promotion season that is still the most enjoyable/best that we have had in 15 years!
I know Douglas gets some stick on here but watching that Derby game on sky we looked more effective with him at left back.
