Didn’t know every team’s squad was comprised solely of players they signed last summer
The OP made a comment about City and money.
I don't know how many poor decisions Liverpool got in their favour over City but they certainly got more luck when it came to stupidity from opponents (Lloris and Pickford for example).
From a neutral point of view City seemed to win their games with alot less drama and were without doubt worthy winners.

Pool won't lose any top players this summer and have made up 20 odd points, and got to a CL final. Not bad.
Weird thing is I've no doubts City would've traded the league to be in the CL final.
Spurs, man u, arsenal and Chelsea all face top stars almost certainly leaving plus having to invest heavily to just catch up with City/Pool. I didn't expect Pool to pull away from the others this quickly. Defo progress.
