Exaggerating much
Very good list tbh. Fans are always split. But obviously these players are so bad that most fans have agreed.
I'd keep Xhaka but sign another first choice CM. Chambers could be useful as a utility player. Monreal and Kos can stay as cover. Instead of signing loads of players as replacements I'd rather concentrate our limited budget on 3 or 4 players who can really improve the first team.

I agree; it has to be a gradual cull. If the rumors of Meunie from PSG are true then the only other defensive addition we may be able to afford will be a CB and Nacho will have to stay.
If we can get anything in excess of £10 million for Chambers, I will take it.
How much would you get for these players?
David Ospina - 10m max?
Nacho Monreal - Likely nothing
Stephen Lichtsteiner - Nothing
Carl Jenkinson - Likely nothing
Calum Chambers - 10m?
Laurent Koscielny - 5m max
Shkodran Mustafi - 10-15m?
Mohammed Elneny - 10m?
Granit Xhaka - 15m?
Henikh Mkhitaryan - 10-15m?
Mesut Ozil - Likely nothing
At a guess around 80m to add onto the rumoured 40m budget.
120m to replace 11 players or even to bring in 7/8 of a better standard is going to be close to impossible.
Forget the on field issues for a while and concentrate on a fan movement to get the owners out, the club is being strangled.
I think Xhaka and Mustafi need to be the first to be replaced. Torreira and Gwen are very good. But I think it is obvious that if you intend to press then your holding player has to be able to cover side to side. Whatever criticism you may have about our CBs and their lack of focus, the cover they have had for years has been appalling. The transition from defence to attack is also crucial to start moves before the opposition gets set. Xhaka's passing is also very poor. A few good cross-field balls do not make make up for giving away cheap passes in our half making it impossible for our CBs to react.
At a guess around 80m to add onto the rumoured 40m budget.
---------------------
Thats not how it works.
Take our signing Torreira last season. Cost £26m and his wages are £2.6m a year (leaked).
So over 5 years his cost to us was £7.8m a season.
We were paying Cazorla c£3.7m and Wilshere c£4.1m a season. Total of £7.8m a season. Both released.
So Torreira actually cost us nothing!

We should start looking at Japanese players, young and enthusiastic, a shared idea of team work and self sacrifice, I believe the next World Cup could see a surprise victory for Japan, although it wouldn’t be a surprise to me.

Or our budget buys far more than the media gives us credit for.
If Ospina is prepared to be Leno's deputy let's keep him. Chambers played well in a midfield role for Fulham (I know they got relegated, but he was voted their best player of the season by far). He is young so why not try him in that new role?
It will be hard for any team to lose and then replace this many players in one season so it will take two or three , my choice would be
David Ospina - Keep as cover sell next year
Nacho Monreal - Keep as cover , sell next year
Stephen Lichtsteiner - Sell now
Carl Jenkinson - sell now
Calum Chambers - keep as cover , hope he improves
Laurent Koscielny - keep as cover , sell next year
Shkodran Mustafi - sell now
Mohammed Elneny - sell now
Granit Xhaka - keep , needs a good DM to cover him though
Henikh Mkhitaryan - sell now
Mesut Ozil - Sell now
This still leaves six players to replace this year which will be very hard especially given the published £40m budget plus perhaps another £30/40m for the six sold players. Obviously this would all depend on current contract situations , some players like Ozil may not want to move.
