I'd like to think José and his staff were the ones who identified and wanted him in the first place

all the noise is that he was always Jose first choice but now they havent qualified for CL so its easier deal to do

I’d sincerely hope Jose doesn’t do the identification; just gives the profile of player and what he needs to fit his ideas. Then the recruitment team identifies to suit.
