Levy is still here, so he will be destined to fail.

Yeah, ITK has been comical even by their lowly standards this time round.
Sigh. Spurs.

I notice none of the ITK phannies even mentioned Fonseca. All this tier bollox, just a bunch of attention seeking frauds. Gold nowhere to be seen either. Then there’s that pair of insufferable pansies from the WATV channel popping up all over my YT feed. Everyone associated with spurs is a completecunt right now as far as I’m concerned. I already don’t like Paratici following the Fonseca thing and apparently he wants Bonnuci as well - but presumably we’ll need to sell Lamela first so the disabled parking space is freed up.
It would be really handy right now if Joe Lewis could die of a massive stroke or something, things need shaking up.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Couldn't it just be a case that Fonseca was never on our radar and only since Paratici has come in have we looked at him, in which case I guess the ITKs wouldn't know.
Poor if a manager who was never on our radar during all this 2 month managerial search has suddenly fallen on it, but well within the capability of Spurs given the total mess we are making of things.

Foyth gone for €15m.
I know it's Football Insider, and I know it's bad form. But please be true.

Aurier will be around £12m too probably, only one year left on his deal and he wants out
could easily recoup £100m in deadwood outs with Lamela thrown in their too.
Lloris/GK
Tanganga/Toby, Rodon/CB, CB/Davies
Doherty/RWB, Hojbjerg/Skipp, Ndombele/GLC, Reguilon/Sessegnon
Sabitzer/Dele, Kane/ST, Son/Bergwijn
something like that if we are going 343

Fonseca isn't a hype manager but that's probably a good thing. With Conte it could've turned even more toxic if it didn't work out.
Chatting to my Italian friends last night they were more impressed with the idea we'd get Paratici. He's very highly rated over there, this could be one of Levy's smartest moves. Plus it can't be any worse than him making all the decisions, so there's that.
CB and a RB and I think we're good. Certainly there's enough in the squad to give top 4 and the ECL a proper go.
agreed.
it should be a fun summer, sad should Harry go, but it is what it is, change can be great, and if its chit, its nothing we havent seen before and worst case scenario we will be around 8th or 9th place in the league.
yeah it does need a Poch 2014 type job but i fear we may need to go through the AVB and wasting the money we get from our best player period first before the rebuild.
the money needs to be there through sales for face faces, some talented young players will be older and through stadium revenues etc we will be in a stronger position.
I'm not so convinced he goes. If Kane does something mad like win the Euros we could chuck an extra 50m on the fee.
I'm actually pretty chill about it. Like you say, P, we'd buy a few and a few wouldn't work out. But at least it wouldn't be boring
The issue with selling ‘deadwood’ to fund transfers is that everyone knows they are deadwood. With the exception of Liverpool selling to Bournemouth - clubs tend to get stuck with deadwood for that very reason.
Usually the best you can hope for is a loan to buy option and pray they do well.

Depends on the reason they're deadwood, though. Players get stuck in ruts or don't suit certain clubs or leagues. Sure we'll have a hard time getting decent money for Dier and Winks, but the likes of Sanchez and Aurier could go elsewhere and be grate.
