Genuine question as I've not seen him play, not even once

He's a modern centre half - quick, strong and athletic, good on the ball and I believe he can play at full back too which usually lends itself to being in a back 3.
The only issue is his height. When he has an afro he looks tall, but he's not quite 6ft.

Glad to see we’re getting rid of Sanchez, pretty good deal if Kounde agrees to come.
Looks very good technically with the ball on YouTube, definitely looks more suited to be playing as a full back though.

Kounde is a more athletic Victor Lindelof to me. My only issue is whether he can cope against PL strikers, who are far stronger and faster than their La Liga counterparts.
But it looks like he doesn't want a Spurs move. I think Spurs should get a more experienced defender anyways so..
