Just going by what I’ve seen in the papers.

Yeah Atalanta's website says it's a loan. Ours just says he signed.. definitely seems like a Lo Celso deal to me

Ah. According to Internet experts Serie A rules mean you can't move clubs twice in one window. So he's loaned and we buy him in Jan.
