This be boIIocks.

Photographed in London having lunch 2 miles from Stanford bridge with Drogba who is in town ahead of soccer aid this weekend.
Clearly it’s absolute fact therefore that he’s been talking to Chelsea.
What’s annoying is that Sarri and Chelsea haven’t sorted out what they are doing and until they do Frank is going to be the centre of lazy journo speculation.
Even more annoying is that we can’t get a yay or nay on Mount and Tomori until their new manager is in place as it will be him who has to sign off on any future loan moves.

Like I said elsewhere! The danger is..........

I think he will go and it doesn't leave us much time to get a replacement in. I hope we go for a young manager on the way up, not someone who has failed at several clubs and it on his way down. I don't know who it would be but it would be someone like when Dean Smith went from Walsall to Brentford.

I wanted Smith last time but now we've got Frankie I hope we can keep him. He will be a bloody fool to go the Chelsea and will soon find out they won't give him much time and if he starts leaving their best players out he will be toast.

Don't tell me, you are all so concerned about the Conservative party leadership contest that you have lost interest who our new manager will be.

Let's be "avin you.

No, but 3 years of futile speculation has done everyone's head in

Juve agree compo with Chelsea so if you believe the media they will make an approach for Lampard this week. My head says he won’t go but my heart says he will.

Plus if you read into what Harry Redknapp has said then it sounds like Frank has already made his mind up.

Did Mel give him a three year deal?

I wonder how much compo Chelsea will have to stump up if he goes?

..................... and will the team in West London then be known as "Frank Lampard's Chelsea"?

Chelsea received £5M for Sarri. We would want all of that and more.

What we want and what we will get are completely different, Lampards contract will have been a mere fraction of what Sarri was on. Probably similar compo to the snake.

What makes it worse is they will probably try to rush it through today as its 18 years since he signed for them

He'll go and we all know he will. It's a bu66er really just when we are settled and behind the manager.

Griff's dad said to me before the PO final, that he had not felt as excited about DCFC since Brian Clough was the manager.

It will be a real shame if he goes.

This coming season is all down to Chelsea now

Current media reports seems to imply Lampard is on his way back. Question is if it's not Lampard who would be the alternative option? I'd like to see him stay for another two seasons to give the club some much needed stability.

Odds on Lamps being appointed at Derby in January?

If I was Chelsea and they wanted a young English manager I’d go for Eddie Howe.
Chelsea are holding Derby by their nads

They'll be holding themselves by the nads if they employ Frank.

We are waiting for Chelsea to make a decision before we know where we are going towards pre season

Right to get the temperatures rising I'm gonna throw:

Johnno, Wanchope, Chris Powell n Big Daz with Stevie Mac as Director of Football into the mix.

I would have suggested Bilic and Stimac but West Brom scuppered that one

Lee Bowyer with Kieron Dyer as Director of Football.

Jokanovic.

Stevie Mac DoF get him to bring in his Alfred Schreuder off of Ajax and Robbie Van Der Laan as his assistant.

Hughton and Trollope

Arsene Wenger DoF; Laurent Blanc and Abdoul Camara his assistant.
