I was hugely disappointed about the probability of losing Frank, partially because I feel he was at the start o something special with us, partially because the list of replacements banded about weren't particularly inspiring, Chris Hughton aside. However with the introduction of the left field cocu, should that come to fruition, i would now be disappointed if Frank stayed with us. I hope he goes, as I feel cocu will he an upgrade similar to that Frank was over Gary Rowett. Like Frank, cocu has done it all as a player, hugely decorated, and has had great success as a manager with PSV. I'm already drooling at the prospect of the total football he will bring.

Pretty much how I feel about it Harper. If it’s going to happen, just get on with it though.

If he has knowledge of some decent foreign players we can afford then employ him now. British players tend to be like Costa coffee, overpriced and average.

If (when) Frank goes, the only 3 names I'm interested in are Phillip Cocu, Chris Hughton and Danny Cowley, in that order.

On another note, been following the Benitez story. Am I the only one who thinks he has pulled a blinder here? Tugged in the Newcastle fans heart strings, laying the blame at the owners door for him leaving. When in reality he was always going to go to China for £25m a year and unlimited transfer funds.
