i think he will rotate tonight, game is well and truly done and we will also cuff them tonight.

we will put 5/6 past them i reckon maybe even more. They are a very poor standard and even on that rotten pitch we put 4 past them.

Players will be playing for places and that will make such a difference in these throw away games.

There is a report that Candieas has just signed for Genclerbirligi in Turkey. Hope that's not true

SG did say he wanted a good few out, maybe this is the start of it, think its fair to say he is a 6/10 overall for Rangers not a huge loss.

Candeias one of your better players. Solid, good on the ball.

If it is true I am glad he is gone. Always caused problems for Celtic.

Handy player to have against teams of better quality in europe due to his work rate.

would be surprised to see candeias go.

He has been a good signing and as folk have said he always puts in a shift.

But at the end of the day his quality is unreliable and he is one of the positions I would have been looking to Upgrade this season.

Ojo is that upgrade for me and Hastie offers another option on that side.

Would be disappointed to see him go but it would be understandable at his age as his game time was going to drop considerably.

I don't agree for a second that he 'always caused celtic problems'.

Quite the opposite for me - I think Candeias was visibly scared of Tierney and knew he didn't have the pace/strength/skill to get by him in a million years.

His lack of real quality is one of the things that was truly brought home in the OF maulings of two seasons ago IMO.

He was a good signing for where we were but if he wants to play every week at 31 it might be best for him to move on......

600k reports are saying, we paid 800k for him.

I would keep him as an option for that but he's likely 3rd choice on the right so i can understand moving him on.

Both of his goals were excellent. He looked pretty p!ssed off and showed it after scoring. Perhaps he has fallen out of favour with SG, who apparently had a bit of a dig at him being inconsistent the other day.

Perhaps SG doesn't think Candeias will fit in with the 'new system', maybe a 3-4-3 when Helander is fit?

I'd definitely be sorry to see him go. At least he has a bit of fight about him and a fair bit of quality.

I wouldn't be surprised though if it was indeed a load of the usual scheidt cos he's been a regular performer.
