I ended up in the Louden last night to watch the game and as well as speaking to guys who are regulars who I know in there, I ended up talking to some guy who I hadn't met before and his Geordie mate who was in for the game, when the songs were on, I had to tell this Scottish guy to pack it in with the add ons. As per also half the non regulars in the place were also singing some of the add-ons and the staff had to come over the sound system to tell them to stop it. Some of these kants, just don't get it. When I was telling this one guy to pack it in, he was looking at me like I was telling him the Moon was made out of cheese or something. The more drunk he got, the more he was up for the stupid songs. Some of these morons, just wont change.Muppets, some of these phannies.

My best mate is a Celtic supporting Tim kafflic Feenyin Kant.
The wink is for my language above that I don't really mean of course. 20 years ago I would sing all the songs and not even think about them, but maybe I'm just getting older and can't do it now. Sure I hate Celtic, as a rivalry, but I can't sing songs against people, then go hang out with them the next minute, when I genuinely love my best mate and his old man and family. I'm not a huge fan of banning songs etc due to freedom of speech, but, I just can't sing the add-ons and songs nowadays and I cringe when I hear our fans sing them. But it's probably as I'm an old kant these days and maybe (hopefully) a tiny bit wiser.
I personally don't care about the sectarian songs.
It's the pe3do sheidt, lisbon lions dying that is way over the line.

Nah f@ck every single bit of that p!sh. Only a small percentage know what any of it is about, plus anyone that does know and still wants to sing about it needs their baws kicked.
It’s meant to be about things that happened hundreds of years ago, about battles they know nothing about. it’s about religion to some and most of them won’t bother their erse practicing that religion. It’s meaningless hate and uneducated, ignorant bigotry and there’s no excuse for it whatsoever.

It's alarming the amount of people who don't see anything wrong with singing about "being up to our knees in blood". I've seen fans who are against it getting slaughtered by others. It's flucking pathetic.
The aye bit retort is just as mind boggling. I'm actually glad UEFA have taken action. I can't abide sectarian singing, especially in a day and age where everyone knows better

Hate these songs with a passion, I'd take full stadium closures if it made people cut out that nonsense once and for all. Sadly I don't think even that would stop some people though.
