On matters completely unrelated, I'm just doing my accounts. With the current trend to recycle, I've dug-out some old lever arch files to re-use. One of them still had some receipts in it from April 2000. Diesel was 80p a litre, a first class stamp 26p and Little Chef "Early Starter" £4.99.

Mars bars were bigger as well....

The only thing that was more expensive / about the same price was a return flight to Frankfurt at £385.

A38 Exeter services 8:30 a.m. and I'd set-off from Liverpool at about 4:30 a.m., I don't think it was too extravagant.

That's my stance even before a ball has been kicked griff. Couldn't care less about this cup or this match. The league is the one and only priority as far as im concerned. Plus as I've said before I don't have this hatred of forest that most of you lot do, sure the games have a bit more spice because of the rivalry, but as far as this cup game goes, if we lose I'll just shrug my shoulders and carry on with my day same as if we had lost to Scunthorpe in the previous round.

Why not put aside your feelings; as you allude it is only a near meaningless cup tie, relax and enjoy an atmosphere when you have the chance and appreciate football as it is meant to be played as demonstrated by the team in the famous Garibaldi.

By the way we’ll probably make 3 or 4 changes. We might even play our dodgy keeper so if your shot is on target it might result in a consolation goal. If so try to enjoy it.

Apart from their win against Birmingham Forest have been comprehensively outplayed in every game this season. I watched their game against Charlton and they were absolutely shocking. We should show them the respect they deserve and play the kids, and win comfortably.

In other news, DCCC beat Lancashire earlier to cement their rightful place in the quarter-final knock-out stage of the T20 Blast.

Nah, maybe its not. Thing is, it's difficult to shame the shameless or difficult to mock the afflicted. To tell the truth Florest are not really on my radar, anything I say is probably automatic because I find your club and fans from the visits I have had to the Dark Side pretty odious .
