Can't really argue with what he's said to be fair.

Have just watched the interview on Youtube and can't decide if Neville came across as being really unpleasant or if the interviewer needed to be put in his place.

Really wasn't that bad. Not sure why this has triggered everyone.

LOL he didn’t even insult his wife, I don’t like Keane that much as a person but I’ve seen the entire thing and it’s pretty hilarious.

We should all love Fergie as a person but that doesn’t make him an angel either.

I’ve never seen him go this hard on Fergie though, look at his face. Sir Alex wasn’t an angel, but Keane brought up 2 former players who were apparently treated terribly by him as well yet they didn’t seem to have ever mentioned it.

In fact I’m sure Fergie is always talking to Bruce, he even called him up before they beat Spurs last week.

We had a ruthless manager and quite a few players with a nasty streak, great times

Nothing to get outraged about

Love Fergie as a manager*

On a side note I read Keane’s book on a boat here in Spain and got massively sunburnt. Great book but he owes me an apology for that

As for this, he’s hardly done anything wrong. SAF was likely a cant to a lot of players. But I’m sure they wouldn’t trade that for all the trophies they won.

And as far as I’m aware from his book it was Carlos Quieroz he hates the most from his exit from the club.

I thought it quite amusing, with a ring of truth in it. Fergie can stand up for himself. No idea how Robbo and Bruce were treated, not heard about that before.

Me neither. I don’t think Keane emerges with much credit here. I’ll always have time for him but he comes across as bitter in that clip. Maybe there’s an element of acting up for the crowd etc.

"Probably Liverpool was the worst one when he kicked me out of my house.

"He told me at half time he was kicking me out of my house and putting me back in digs.

"The girlfriend had moved up from Birmingham, she had to go back home and we split up.

"My dog had to get sold, my car had to get sold and I had to go out there and prove to him I could play."

Neville wants to have a go but he swore a blood oath never to try anything against Keane after he saved his ass at Highbury in 2005

There’s a longer clip of it here. He even admits to never speaking to Fergie when he had his operation last year. Last time they spoke was in 2006.

That’s the only bit I felt uncomfortable with to be honest.

Why should he apologise for removing a bloke that was starting fights with half of the dressing room as well? It’s not like United stagnated after he left either.

Not as bad as I thought, though no real need to bring his wife into it. He wasn't rude about her, but still. Keane's making a decent career out of being controversial. Maybe he should ask Fergie about being a decent manager.

This. It really wasnt t all that bad. I’m not sure why he’s gone off on one though.

Even if having a family member as chief scout sounds bad to leave, he’s done a shiiiit load better than anything under Woodward’s reign...
