Genius, evening. I get your article, but I the football we are playing now is awful, so I would have Mourinho any day over our current manager. Mourinho is a winner, and yes he does spend money, but that is what I thought all our supporters have been bleating about all summer the lack of spending really big.

Poch himself has spent a fair bit in his time, but brought some right duds. I would trust Mourinho with really big money, no way would I trust Poch.

Were would he get the money, not from Levy, so wouldn't come, Levy has no ambition to go any further than we have now

Don't think Levy would go for Jose or Jose for Levy.

No way Levy would ever go for Jose. Money aside, Levy has made it perfectly clear that winning trophies is not that high on his agenda. He likes making money, not allowing Jose to pi55 it up a wall on ropey signings

I do like Mourinho as manager but he tends to leave a massive mess behind when he leaves/sacked. No thank you, I would like stability for the club
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Other than Inter Milan that theory is a tad mythical.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And Man United.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The United squad he left was no worse than the one he took over. Failure on his part yes
----------------------------------------------------------------------
After spending what, £400m on new players, this shouldn’t even be a discussion

I can’t think of a worse fit for Spurs

His whole ethos is wrong and he’s not even the manager he was.

I want a winner Sizzle, Mourinho is a right. $$$$$$, but he is absolutely a winner. Poch may be a nice fella, but he is a born loser.

Mourinho would not improve us.

He destroyed Chelsea and United. His tactics are out dated.

Anyone that would want Poch sacked and Moruinho hired is an absolute moron who should be burnt at the stake.

Also, he's a chequebook manager who throws money at problems. This is 100000% not Levy's man.

If... IF Bournemouth were to have an unsuccessful season (I hope they dont) then the answer is obvious... Eddie Howe. Unfortunately that would be a long way off. But reading comments on Bournemouth all I read is how they play "attractive, forward pressing, fast paced" football they play. Reminds me of Spurs of old.

Completely agree! If Poch left, he'd be the first I'd turn to. He's worked miracles with that Bournemouth team. Many struggle staying in the league whilst playing good football but he's managed it. That's why I can't stand pundits singing the praises of Sean Dyche all the time. He played route one football, stayed up with it, tried to play a more expansive game the next season and had to revert back to route one to avoid relegation again. I don't think he's any better than Neil Warnock personally but the pundits keep drooling. Eddie Howe is a class act. He's also got the off-field PR nouse Levy likes in his managers.

I wouldn't mind betting he'll be in our dugout this time next year. I love Poch but I can see him moving on at the end of this season.

I would stop using this site. I wouldn't want to talk about spurs if he was in charge.

Mourinho’s tactics being outdated is the biggest myth in football.

No chance! There's a reason Jose hasn't taken a new job. He knows the RM job will become available again fairly soon. Plus the hierarchy at Madrid seem to love him. There's only one way Poch goes to Madrid and that's if PSG sign up Jose first, assuming Tuchel gets dumped.

Poch will go soon though and it will be one of 3 clubs - Madrid, PSG or United. Everywhere else would be a sideways step.

So we're assuming they're going to cough up the 30m or whatever price Levy puts on him? I'm not so sure, PSG especially are craving the CL so bad. I don't see that Poch is an upgrade on Tuchel.

United are the obvious one for me - Ole looks out of his depth and they'll pay silly money.
