It was good to see that plucky performance from Edouard. He really cemented his place as the third best striker in the league behind morelos and Defoe.

I used to think that he was the best of the three but I read somewhere that it was Jesuit mind control that was causing it.

Very impressed with Bauer yesterday. Could prove to be quite a find. Is he a loan or an outright purchase?

He’s a loan but we have an agreed fee to buy at the end of the season should we wish to exercise it.

I think everyone panicked with him as he wasn’t getting a game for Stoke but he done well for them originally in the EPL and he also was a very good player for Rubin Kazan so hopefully this is all he needed.

McGregor needs a rest, I thought he was the poorest out of the whole team and hasn't been great for a while. His passing was way off yesterday


I'd rather we focused entirley on the league. Play the second team against Partick and in any cup games.

The joy of the treble treble will never be repeated, going all out for all 3 trophies should not be a priority. The league is the main priority.

This Thomas Cook stuff this morning is dreadful too, know a family who were due to get married in Mexico on Sunday, due to fly out tomorrow.

Browns tackle was a shocker, he had a fresh air at the guy originally then 2 feet off the ground, no idea what he was thinking as he’s been playing a lot better last few weeks

The thing is in my opinion they'd get bailed out then go out of business anyway. As a company their reputation is shot. Holidaymakers about to book for next summer or thinking of booking for the next 6 months would avoid Thomas Cook and therefore their ability to operate would crash due to the loss of cashflow.

It's the holiday makers stranded and the people who have paid thousands that lose out dreadfully. The Thomas Cook staff now with no jobs but the directors will all be fine.

They managed to raise around £900 million but were seeing £200 million and even if the government stepped in, this would have only got them through another 6 months then it's same scenario next year.

Guy i know who's in Florida said they might not get a flight for 3 days and they were due to fly tonight.

I know 2 families who booked holidays for October when the weans are off that are well now goosed.

One I feel really sorry for, the other as much as its a shame for the weans are a horrible couple who no kant at the wee mans school likes as they think they run the school, so fook them

Missed the game and had to listen to it on the radio. Sounded like we played well enough, and picked up the pace a bit for at least a spell in the second half. Good result.

Someone on twitter said that was Forster's 13th penalty save from 33 faced, that's some record.

Played well again yesterday...went off the boil a bit the last 15mins or so but to be expected after the shift we put in on Thursday. The Killie keeper was outstanding and saved it from being 5 or 6.

Hibs away on Sat will be tough, this will be Heckingbothoms last chance in the job I think they/he will be going all out for a result. We should do the job though you would think. If we can get the next 2 league games won before the break it's an amazing start from us!! Looking at the fixtures when we come back though we have Pittodrie and Tynecastle away consecutive weekends which is going to be tough. After the next 2 league games also we will have played away 5 games of the 8.

I'm looking forward to Saturday, proper day out, lunchtime kick off in the capital.

How much energy does Christie have btw covered every blade yesterday!! Pains we a wee bit to say it but he's well ahead of Rogic as he brings so much more to the the team with the way he performs.
