Are they trying to replicate the EPL?
I can safely say I have not got it first fifa in 12 years I have not got. Happy days. The last game was the last straw for me. Not fussed at all.
Disagree, I think gameplay is more enjoyable and less frustrating. Pacy players are actually pacy and running in behind is more of a threat. I don’t really see this ‘slow gameplay’ thing tbh. I do think scoring bangers / well timed finishing is hard and headers are also weird. Changing free kicks and pens a bit rando too.

I'd love to be able to not buy FIFA. But I have done for the last 20+ years. It is my go to game, every year and EA know this which is why they mug everyone off on a yearly basis
haha...get into another sport mate. NBA2K is superior in every way.

Been playing against me housemates and AI on career mode
I’m really disappointed to hear how buggy career mode is. EA really need to up their game with that
Can't experience the FIFA BS until you play online BK It's a whole new ball game of scripting and momentum
Not bought it this year. Can't really be bothered, last year was so awful.
Bought FIFA 12 for 50p, will stick with that till a decent game comes out.

This was what I hated about Fifa 19.
Does anyone know if Fifa 20 is better in this regard? I'm holding off for the moment.
I got the N64 out at the weekend and got annilhated by the computer at International Superstar Soccer 64. Camera on it is so bad, actually have to use the radar to know where anybody is.
I didn't bother with last year so am enjoying playing Fifa again this year. Feel I'm too old for Volta though, could see myself of liking it about 5+ years ago

The gameplay is super slow.
I mostly play clubs, and the gameplay is diabolical.
Volta is fun too, nice altnertive to a fully fledged match vs your mates. The new mystery ball House Rules mode is good too
The game speed of Volta is how the main game should be.
Unfortunately it's not
My 11 year old seems to enjoy it. I'm a PES man myself.
Why anyone is still playing the franchise is beyond me. It is solely to generate money.
All focus is put on ultimate team, ridiculous amounts of special cards released per week. Scripting so you do not go on winnings runs because you haven't spent the money. It forces you to lose games against worst players because they have spent money on packs, so in turn you spend money on packs. Just a vicious cycle.
I got the 10 hour trial last night
Hated it. Movement was so loose and floaty - felt like the players were on ice. Put it down after one game.
Very very slow game play.
Shooting is crap, especially on the volley. Headers don’t bother. Tackling still dodgy like last year.
Passing is better.
Think I'll actually get PES this year
Career mode is fecked. Am playing as a created player and control that player. 3-0 up 87 mins played , get subbed lose 4-3
Can't believe people still buy Fifa every year to be honest.
