Dragged Liverpool to a title race and would have won it had he been available in the first few games and probably also would have broken the goalscoring record.
Still has the equal highest goal tally in the Dutch league in the last 30 years.
Outscored both Messi and Ronaldo twice, once with 40 goals in 35.
Scored 58 in 111 for Uruguay, which is a better record than Henry, Aguero etc. have for country.
Best player at the Copa America and helped Uruguay win it.
Even if you ignore the Eredivisie as being a weak league he's scored over 20 league goals in 6 campaigns so far, which is more than Henry did. Comes frequently high up in the assists charts too.
Scored plenty of sensational goals.
How could you not put him in a top 10? His record speaks for itself.

Suarez is a caant but genuinely one of the most talented players I’ve ever seen kick a football, some of the things he did were just outrageous.
A number of people getting confused between legacy established from playing over a prolonged period of time vs natural talent, and if you can’t recognise Suarez’s talent you know nothing about football.

I loved Shearer as a player and Suarez is above him.
Suarez = 403 goals in 617
Shearer = 379 goals in 734
And Suarez is only 32 and I bet hasn't had half as many penalties as Shearer had. Far more assists and better international record too. You don't even need stats though, anyone that has seen both play can tell Suarez is an all round better footballer.
