Would be nice to judge him on 90 minutes, instead of 19 tbh.
Heymaker.. I've supported Christiano Bamford all season as you know, but I have to say, its time for him to sit out.. lets get Eddie starting, see how we go

Needs more than that.
Starting against a good Sheff Weds side isn’t enough. Deserves 8-10 game run in the team that Bamford has had.
Is someone paying Bamford not to score? Or is he the bast'd son of Barndoor Billy and Nora Batty?

I think it would do Bamford good.
Psychologically he must be drained and rock bottom on confidence. A break from the pressure will help and he can still play a huge part in this season.
But I do feel Nketiah could really put a run of goals together and become a striker defences hate playing against.
We haven’t had a fast striker with a killer instinct since Beckford.
hayemaker, do you think eddie should play alone up front?

I said after a few games on a different thread, I’d like to see Pablo, Roberts, Costa and Nketiah as a front 4 when all fully fit.
Much more mobility and aggression in that front line. Pace, movement, guile and a striker who can finish.
Phillips and either Shackleton of Forshaw behind.
But yes, I think he could lead the line on his own.
Think if you bring bamford on when the opposition are tired he would be a real pain for them.
Maybe it’s what he needs, come on and get a goal or two off the bench against tired opposition to get him back into the goals.
Love bamford, but I wouldn’t start him next game ahead of Eddie.
