Nah.
They are on about £45m spent this year taking into.account saved wages. FFP relates to a three year period.
They can go and do £350m in one summer if they want due to their income.
To put it into perpective Everton have spent £500m in three years. If they can Utd can x3.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Everton have 170m net spend over 3 years.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Net spend is bollox
as much as obviously you'll wanna win stuff, when you are a club captain which Kane will be and have such motivation for personal/club/premier league records it has to be considered. Kane is also not the brightest is he so probably thinks we can win something with whatever team we have.

Really?
Can you tell me how income from transfers is anymore relevant to FFP than say sponsorship or gate receipts please?

Evertons net spend isnt.
There is income and there is expenditure. That's it.
This 606 obsession with net spend is bizarre. Like there us a petty cash tin marked "transfers" with an excel shweet in it or something.

If the top clubs wanted kane theyd have him by now, put it that way. Not even Utd can stop it, we couldnt either, Spurs can? Nah.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well top clubs have wanted Poch and they've not got him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Poch could easily have another 20 years ahead of him as a manager.
Kane has 8 years, maybe 10.
There is less time pressure as a manager.
As for Kane, possibly as much as £180m if he were to go this summer as a 27 year old in his prime but fee will drop as he gets older.
Worth it? Probably. Not many better scorers around and arguably the best that would be available.
Would he go to Utd? If they were challenging maybe. I could also see him at RM actually.

Sorry to be pedantic.

But he'll be 27 in the summer, which is what I said...
I only know because I checked wiki before posting!
This is where Ole would have to hard sell his United vision and where the players need to put in a 'liverpool' performance every week to show that we are on the right track. If I was Kane then the below would be the first things to cross my mind:
Are United currently a better option than Spurs? No
Is Ole a better manager than Poch?: Not currently and may never be but who can say at this moment of time after less than a year in charge of one of the biggest clubs in the world
Have united got the resources to get back to the top?: Definitely
Are we currently a huge project but with a long term vision in the works?: Yes and if Ed is to be believed then most definitely
Would any of the above be of interest to Kane, who knows! Strikers are selfish and they want to be the best and be remembered as the best. Will Kane think that this could be his glory moment and he could be the new 'Cantona'* to the fans in a few years time, maybe.
Personally I can't see the move happening but for all the doom mongerers who say there is no chance. When it comes to this game, anything can happen!
*never do I think he will scale the heights of Cantona with the United faithful.

Can't see Kane joining another English club personally.
He's in the prime of his career now and will want to spend as long of that at the top level. Highly doubt United will be in the CL next season and they will still going through transition so I don't think he will fancy that. I don't think the offer of high wages will be enough for him to go to United.

You do know FFP measures the loss a club can make.
So measuring only the transfer expenditure which you chose to do when you claimed Everton had spent 500m in 3 seasons is more irrelevant than measuring the over transfer loss over 3 seasons.
Neither are that helpful in regards to FFP but one is certainly more useful than the other and that's the one which shows the transfer loss
