How's everyone's weekend been? Had a boring one this on Fri and last night, as I caned it last weekend. Got up this moring did some Yoga (I do it once a week), Had a healthy breakfast, Poached eggs, beans on dry toast. Now about to crack some cans and have a few smokes.

I'm trying to live about 70-80% of my life healthy and live the rest unfit as fluck. Seesaw lifestyle I'm calling it. Gonna bring out a book.

been crap to be fair,my eldest who was seeing a young lad,his boys a member of Zachs bus passed away aged 33,daughter and him split in may because of his valium habbit but they still said hello and were cival to each other,she seen him out his tree last saturday night going into his flat,she lives above him,heard no noice over the weekend so she called the polis saying she was concerned,they turned up booted in the door and there he was lying deed,such a waste
