Mentioned on the politics thread that in light of Facebook abandoning their policy of banning false advertising it's (misinformation) going to be rife:

Exactly this x100.

If you don't vote you cant complain.

Its something that annoys me about a load of "voters" over here. They complain when party A or B gets in.
You then ask them did you vote?
And usually receive an answer like vote sure I never do that why would I want to do that?

hard to say who to vote for. every party is a disgrace.

Has there ever been such poor choice of political parties (and leaders) in British politics before? Although choices have been bad before, I really can’t remember it this poor in my lifetime.

This is, of coursec complete ballacks.

The right to complain isn’t based on voting intention. It’s a civil right.

Many abstain due to fundamental disagreements with the political structure in the UK. They actually have as much, if not, more right to complain than someone that votes to put this terrible government into power.

4 national votes in 5 years, if politics in this country isn’t broken then what is? We moan about trying to reform the EU, this country needs reforming.

Who will you be voting for, Arab?

The right not to vote is a right too. What I'd love to see is a 'None of the above' option on the paper. It would mostly be symbolic of course but it would be interesting to see how that would go. It'd hopefully help us get better candidates at least.

As for Babyen fear of 'lies, unthruths and made up statistics' I can only say I'm thankful that we have Hafi here to give us a balance.

Lib Dems because they want to cancel Brexit. But there’s no point, my area in west London has been Labour for 20 years and will continue to be.

Look at what is important to you locally and vote for the politician that you feel represents you best.

For example in the next irish general election the two major issue that will swing my vote will be homelessness and housing.

I'll give my vote to whomever is going to take proper action on both

I fear that they hack into Hafi and use him to spread fake stats.

Nope can't agree here voting is your chance to change what you see is wrong, if you don't vote you've denied the chance for your voice to be heard.

Sorry hut your points above are complete bollix
