Lets just hope they don't want to change the badge, or release another kit... you can sign Mbappe all you want.. but the real issue here are the small negatives.. I mean, imagine if they sold french bread in the stands at HT? ... sack the board !! thats what I say

Let's say the story has some merit to it, personally I don't think it but lets go with it.

The thing I find interesting is the part where it talks about the right time to sell

As far as I can tell there would be potentially 4 points which would be the right time to sell.

The second promotion is achieved - this would be ideal for Radz as the price of the club rockets

The second promotion is impossible - rada sells and moves on

Before the January window - To afford a big spend in January to see us over the line

After January - If they are as rich as they claim then it's not really an issue but could do after January so they are not expected to spend.

Investment of any kind does not necessarily convert into transfer funds due to the restrictions that come with financial stability and sustainability rules and regulations.

We've either got to sell the naming rights for the ground or significantly increase the commercial revenue to be able to give Bielsa a bloody great budget.

PSG hasn't been the success the Qataris have expected, for whatever reason. That could be down to poor management on the field or recruitment.

6 league titles in seven years plus domination in the domestic cups hasn't converted into European success.

They've had 4 managers in 8 years which is well below our turnover rates...…

The story has some merit in that talks are obviously taking place and have taken place. AR seems intent on retaining control which means a partial investment.

I'd like to understand what the current partial investors have actually done (49ers Investors) since handing over cash. There was a lot of talk around improving facilities and infrastructure but beyond the superficial décor I haven't seen much to crow about.

Yeah, nothing wrong with being top in January and messing up a 13 year 'top on new years day' trend because they refuse to back the manager and show matching levels of ambition to rival sides. The same might happen this year if they aint careful. You sound like you don't mind if we get promoted or not

Shaun, I'm not sure what whining about badges or silly comments about french bread has to do with promotion? - maybe you've taken my comment a little too seriously?

and I'll be honest mate... I stopped crying about football results when I released there's more to life Pal

What you described there Shaun is one of my biggest regrets as a Leeds fan. Going into that period when we were top at Christmas and 'that stat' I had a very strong gut feeling that however it looked at the time we needed to strengthen and that it would bite us if we didn't.

It must have looked pretty rosy to AR and the board at the time but however good your coach is and however good your small tight knit squad has done to that point, the second half of aChampionship season is brutal.throw in a James saga, Clarke's situation, Saiz going, and Spygate and that rosy position turns quickly.

It's water under the bridge now but it would be astonishing if that lesson hasn't been learnt. I know Don has mentioned a few times about Bielsa not wishing to bed in new players at such a time.I wonder if he really does stick to that even after seeing what happened last season
As you can probably tell it still stings. I don't what to have that same scenario play out, we miss out and the Bielsa era ends like that.

The thing is, loads of money does not equate success. Recently take Fulham. You have to have the right man at the helm to orchestrate prceedings.

Stevie, I think you'll find that these people are looking at Leeds because the French league isn't strong enough for the likes of PSG and that being the case PSG cant get up to the levels of other country's with stronger teams and cant mix it in European competitions!..

They think Leeds is one that could get them what they're after with playing in you could say the strongest league in the World, but, it looks like they want 100%!..

So, if AR does give in but stays on, would he play the Cellino card and not help out when asked to in the hope for the best return for as little cost as possible?..

I think if it comes to it and he stays, he'd give as much as it takes for him and the club, I know some think he's here to mess the club about but I think he's really taken this club to Heart and wants what's best for it!..

Germany - think what you've discussed is really good.

I have for years never understood why serious footy investors ( serious big guns) have never stepped in, albeit the legal crap we have been in recent times.

I truly believe with our world wide following and history along with one club big city element we can be at the very top.

I would also agree that AR hasn't been perfect but hes not malicious unlike some recent incumbents that I won't mention.

Real investors have stayed away because of the old goat connections, worried about repercussions. But Think it is all over now we are free.

Kamara... wouldn't it be great to be able to watch transfer deadline day and actually have some ridiculously expensive signings for a change?

Imagine the headline... "Leeds triple swoop signing of Mbappe, Neymar and Pogba"
