Just asking

If you are going to the match today be sure to put the thermals on, 7 degrees c is the best you can hope for. The good news is that the sun will be shining all afternoon.
This is more than can be said for the paradise island of Mallorca where we have thunderstorms, torrential rain and 60 kph wind from the North.
Lunch today will be mushroom soup and cheese & ham toasties eaten in front of the log burner which I lit 15 minutes ago.

It’s a very bright sunny day in the West Midlands after lots of days of rain. Quite chilly though so could be a thermals job. I’m sure it will be a warm atmosphere in the stadium though. Plenty of local rivalry between the West Midlands two Premier league clubs. But without the hatred that’s reserved for the Wolves v Albion and Villa v Blues games

Great achievement for Adama Traore to be a late call up to the Spanish squad for their forthcoming internationals

Talking of changing sides, Joleon Lescott was on Sky yesterday saying he grew up in Brum as a Villa supporter but he is unquestionably a Wolves supporter nowadays

a lot of top footballers aren't that into football supporting, think bullys team as a kid was liverpool, a very good kid in our village who has top clubs after him says he's an arsenal fan but you can ask him on a monday how they got on and he doesn't have a clue.

I thought Adama's attitude towards his old club, Villa, was perfect. He says he has nothing to prove to the club or the fans and he plays for Nuno, himself and the Wolves team. Everything that he has become is down to Nuno and his coaching staff and he knows it!

Wouldn't it be ironic if after being rejected by Barcelona, Villa and Middlesbrough, that Traore becomes such a phenomenon at Wolves that we end up selling him back to Barca for 100m euros

Come on Adders let's go live, my fingers are wearing down here!

No question that Nuno will deserve most of the credit for turning Traore into a player. But Traore himself also talks very highly about Pulis and evidently still phones him for advice
