Really dont see any poiint in changing the back 4 following a comfortable 4-0 win in midweek for a game where we should have the bulk of possession. I don't think Toby is any better than Dier at this point and Rose is still far superior to Davies going forward. The Only change that makes sense ( I wouldnt do it personally) Is Moura for Sonny who's had a rollacoaster week

Rose isn’t superior at anything anymore. He’s a awful player now.

Although I say Davies isn’t great either but at least he’s committed to the club

Stability is needed in the team so same as mid week for me.

Neither are great & Rose is a shadow of his former self. Regardless of his contract situation..... Does he wanna leave or does the club want rid ???? I cant figure it out.... Yea that’s a joke he’s getting in the England side especially after his last 2/10 performance.

I guess while shaw out injured him and chillwell are our only options.

Bloke has been more hassle than his worth the last few years.

Has to go this summer and replace with a good one

but on this seasons form, in hindsight, it would've been the best for him to move

although, with our injuries etc, maybe its best he stuck around, if only to make the numbers up

I'm hoping we look at Aarons for the right back position. I think the youth and energy of having him and Sessegnon as potential wing backs would give us much of what we've missed since the good old Walker / Rose days

We should have signed Aarons in the summer but he signed a new contract before we made a move will be 5 times the price in the next window... See Maddison, Grealish etc....zzzzzzz

Not totally sold on Aarons myself but I’d take anyone over Aurier.

Given our options I can live with Rose especially for games at home. Sess looks more like a winger to me & davies is solid defensively but offers nothing going forward.. Would have loved Chillwell but Spurs is a step down for him now

Because vs a team who are going to sit back another CB at RB is not what we need. No chances really came down the right vs the Serbian pub team, dont remember ever making it to that byeline compared to the left side where Rose / Son / Alli all made progress.

You want to judge the performances of Dier and Foyth on teh basis of an easy game against poor and timid opposition then go for it. Sheffield United, who we will have to beat 2-0 to go above them in the table will be a much much much sterner test of our attacking play and defence.

We never made a move for Aarons. Poch publicly stated that he was happy with our options in that position and had no interest in replacing Trips. He even wanted shot of Aurier too...

Hopefully Sessegnon will kick on now. Davies is good backup, but not good enough to play every game.

The only change was Dier for Toby.

Dier played well tbf, but he's only just coming back from a long period of injury/illness.

Toby rested so should be enough to keep them northern caaants out.
