Wolves have done a deal to sign a CB from PSG. 17 years old, but seen as a prospect. Goes into the Youth Academy.

Nice article that may have gone unnoticed about Wolves legend, Jamie O'Hara - enjoying his new role in management... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50235718

I think what was meant was that the majority of "days" around the time of the miners strike were shameful wolfie?

Carlisle’s defeat at Morecambe tonight means Wolves U21s are through to the next stage of the leasing.com trophy. The draw is on Saturday. We will play Accrington, Salford, Port Vale or the U21s of Man Utd, Man City, Leicester or Everton

Ipswich remain top of League One and good to see that our on loan keeper Will Norris has now broken through to be their first choice

Well done Mick

Laid some pretty solid foundations there on which they are rebuilding now.

Similar to our situation. Lack of appreciation. Sack. Plummet. Long road to recovery.

Very similar. Stagnates club, relegation clears out his dead wood, team then flourishes.

I was referring to Mick, not Stale Solbakken.

I found the parallels to our 'demise' fascinating as i said a year ago relegation would be the best thing to happen to Ipswich as i said it would be for us.

I noticed a couple of weeks ago they were top so took a look at what they had to say though in truth it was fairly obvious.

Congratulations to England and Wales for qualification success - great efforts.

Well done, Mick - to get that absolute shower into the playoffs is a remarkable achievement up there with keeping Wolves from relegation.

Northern Ireland - it was a tough group. To reach the playoffs is an even greater achievement than Wales.

Scotland - pathetic but still managed to finish above mighty Kardashian FC and so can delay their inevitable failure to qualify for another couple of games.

To be fair that 'shower' managed to finish 2nd in a six team group two years ago, this time it was 3rd in a five team group, they were hopeless

As for Scotland, you nailed it I see that if by some miracle Scotland make it they are in Englands group which would be nice.

The whole set up for this is a shambles though isn't it, it literally makes no sense and seems to have destroyed what was considered a very competitive tournament. Basically you can be completely hopeless and fail miserably and you still have a chance of making it(see Scotland and Ireland among many others). I also don't like how the groups are basically already pre determined rather than much of a draw ever taking place.

The whole structure has been manipulated to try and get Scotland to qualify. Miraculously there is still a faint hope as well.
