I thought Wolves were very good to be fair. If Jimenez didn't have an off day in front of goal it would have been highlighted more. For me you should have switched it up and matched their system as they were getting far too much joy down the wings.

Wolves were very good at closing down and applying pressure. Think we'd already lost some shape with the changes due to injuries. And Traore was a menace! All in all, our link up play and passing was poor most of the time. The team wasn't comfortable at all and it showed. Relieved we only lost by a goal!

Hopefully the injured can recover and we can put on a performance against Newcastle. A win would be massive, the way things are in the table.

Watching that yesterday I was thinking Villa will get destroyed by Leicester, we will run riot down the wings with Trezeguet and El Ghazi neglecting their defensive duties. Hope they afford us that amount of time and space.

Yesterday was our worst performance for some time, since mid January against Wigan in fact, although the scoreline didn't show it.

We can and will do a lot better!
