Results of Week 13

It was a tough week to get correct scores or even margins correct which shows across the scoring with many getting 3 or 4 outcomes correct but not really able to score high. Those that did get scores correct tended to score very well.

Juke hangs on to the top spot with an above average score of 19. CapitalBlue surges into second spot with a terrific 31 narrowly ahead of Call Sign and Mummy. Most of the top 10 stays as it is with Gowteam climbing in at the expense of Ivan

Top scorers were CapitalBlue and Why The Palaver with 31. Other top scorers were Call Sign 28, RnRBhoy and Duke 26 and Gowteam 23. Nobody else hit the 20’s.

Reigning Champion Tracker – Bluebell stays steady in the mid table battle with an average 14.

A few missed predicting and got the lowest score which belonged to shizo and GTB this week with a paltry 9. That means that BhoyWonder with a second miss in a row and FollowFollow score the 9.

A couple predicted early then updated their predictions. Zico originally scored 14 and then changed his predictions and scored 14. Heed originally scored 11, then changed it and got 11, then changed it again and scored 11

I also updated the table to show Zico’s correct score from last week which I missed.

Feel free to mock Heed and anyone as you see fit.

As always I stand by for correction.

Bubble actually tends to score well each week but his absolute refusal to predict a Rangers win costs him 3, 5 or 10 points most weeks.

It came from Lauders getting a clean sweep but scoring relatively low which in the grand scheme of things isn't fair. The new scoring system was to reward those who do well and getting a clean sweep is up there

Some thing like a 15 point bonus for a clean sweep or 30 for back to back. A clean sweep being all 6 outcomes in one individual set (including a single set in a double week)

Agree...the more point incentives the better I think as alot of people predict pretty similar so need things like this and the joker thrown in to make a difference. Maybe you should award 15 points first clean sweep then same again plus an extra joker....or something like that if you get another one

yeah good idea. It's probably too late for this season but I'm happy to take a consensus on it

we are a third of the way through the season for predicting

you could have a thing called a joker where if you play it(like it's a knokout) Ones points are doubled.Probably wont need to due to folk having some sense of morality or dignity, but i'd maybe say double week would be frowned upon as cheating coonts, as if anyone would be so fookin snakey and low

Great idea

My recommendation is if you use your joker on a normal week you get double points but if you use it on a double week then you get double points for both sets

To avoid this, I'd suggest eliminating double weeks. Just have a midweek set separately and if you forget to predict, tough
