"Body composition targets to be met, fines for failure to be in target range"
Instant fine for Hazard.
2. Kante
7. Loftus-Cheek
If you know...
"Body composition targets to be met, fines for failure to be in target range"
Is Frank trying to recoup money from his previous job as a player
I like this hard-line approach, but it's not without its challenges. Off the top of my head, the difficulties of this approach are:
1. Consistency/fairness (especially spotting and following-up all indiscretions, although these should reduce over time if the system is properly implemented).
2. Needing to balance these not insignificant sticks with levity, humour, good personal relationships with the players and also a sense that Lampard is bringing a lot to the team.
3. Lampard and the coaching team need to lead by example, although I'm sure he will.
4. Winning on the pitch and general unity (going great for Chelsea atm, but what about the hard times which come for every team?)
All fairly standard stuff.
What's annoying is when they have these sort of fines when you're playing non-league

Not to that level, but when you're getting paid 100 a game to be getting fined for stuff like that still sucks. Hell, I even know of Saturday teams where you pay to play and then still get fined for not wearing the right gear on a matchday
Still, at least it goes in the kitty and not to charity in those cases.

oh..another fattist joke about Frank...refreshing...he's never been fat at Chelsea in his life....unsure he really ever was at West Ham either
Don't sheriff...you'll be accused of "biting" .
don't understand why he's called fat frank to this day, had a bit of puppy fat as a teenager and that was about it. Strange.
Always thought fines should be % of salary based, or just gives those that have 'made it' with huge salaries even less reason to be arrsed compared to a young player in the squad for the first time.
good idea mike.
It's a bit mental that if someones phone rings it costs more than my season ticket
Imagine being so well off that your phone rings in a meeting, you're instantly out a grand and you don't even notice it. Really insane to think about.
And if only the real working world was this easy in general. Late for work again? No worries, just give us the 20p within two weeks and we're all good
Shooudl be proportionate or progressive, higher the salary higher the fines or
