he was never loaned back, he's been out injured and only just recently came back in last 2 games i think
it was Jack Clarke who was loaned back to Leeds
Rose was not bought as a left back either. I think Sessegnon will be fine at left back. Fulham hardly had possession so he would have had to defend more than most.
any LB constantly on the back foot will make mistakes. For Spurs we need attacking fullbacks more than defensive ones.
Alli and Son are narrow forwards this means that we have no width. Only fullbacks create the width. Poch forgot all this because he was gifted Walker and Rose when he joined.
Now he’s realising he should have paid ore attention to top quality fullbacks instead of signing Njie, Nkoudou, Fazios and Wimmers.

Does anyone think we might Look at Dack or Bowen in the Championship, remember being linked with them. Not heard much about either this season, no idea if they have continued to improve ???

my issue with this is we're going down the same nonsense of buying players we hope to improve
what we need to do on this occasion is buy players who will improve us

We signed Ndombele for 60mln and while he's undoubtedly talented... he hasn't improved us.. results are still crap

You can't expect a new player unfamiliar with the league to suddenly make a difference cause our problems are bigger than that. I think he's done quite well so far though. Scored 2 important goals and looks decent on the ball.

i reckon he will be like in Bale in that he is a natural forward dressed up as a wing back...
tbh i would use him as a squad option in the front 3... or for any changes in shape that require a lwb..
doesn't strike me as a left back unless our left backs will play like liverpools do.. but they don't, and wont... we as a team are not capable of playing like Liverpool do.

Rose started as a winger and ended up as an attacking LB. Sessegnon is the opposite in that he started off as an LB but has played better further forward. He ended his last few games as an RWF for Fulham and his form improved. He is more a Bale than a Rose.
