But definitely. If Dier features more this season now, which seems v likely, then it makes total sense that he's vice captain - he's captain / leader material anyway.

ridiculous decision by Poch to put Lloris as captain. a captain with no leadership qualities at all (on the pitch) and massive flaws in his own game to the point where many were questioning if he was good enough for us.
poor decision by Poch because when the going got tough and results and performances got sticky, Lloris didn't bail his manager out on the pitch and demand that the team pulled through for him. poor poor decision from Poch and i would definitely change the captain in the summer. doing so now might unnecessarily ruffle a few feathers.
Lloris needs to be moved on in summer anyway, unreliable keeper.

Yeah I’m happy with Kane and Dier if that’s what he goes with. Which I believe he will. Hugo was Pochs man, I didn’t see the leadership qualities on the pitch, but who knows how they truly behave or the character they have away from the cameras.
What I do know is, if Harry is to be kept from the claws of the likes of Madrid - he needs to be the main man.

Always found keepers being captains to be completely pointless.
Not as if they can have a quiet work in Kane's ear, or separate players during confrontations, etc...
Should always be an outfield player.
Kane should be captain.
The obvious choice is Matic.
