Thought we were pretty poor tonight, but improved after Costa came on. Gave us an outlet. Alioski did the same.

Harrison is getting those goals and assists that we wanted from him last season. Really upped his end product.

White MOTM for me. Costa also excellent and an asset

Full credit to them, kept going right to the end, as said by some others on here last season we would not have won that one.

We won loads of points late on last season

Dont think that's what was being commented on.

What was then pal ???

We loads of points not playing particular well last season late on.

The ability to break a team down. That Reading performance reminded me of dropped points last year.

Don't mean to be combative though, as I for one am just happy that we won. Don't care how.

Did we really break them down, or was deflection the difference ???

Need that bit of luck, like we got plenty of times last season.

Not much difference at all from last season.

If we can the finish better, we go up.

Am happy, great win, and think we’ll go up.

But let’s not trying making out it’s any different to last season.

It’s abit like saying after Swansea and Derby home games, we would have won them last season.

It’s bolloxs, it’s football, you will lose and win games you deserved and didn’t deserve.

Exactly like last season.

Just got to get more points

You don't sound very happy

I didn’t think we were as bad as most are making out. Switch the commentary off and we knocked on the door against a side that packed 11 men behind the ball at home. We lacked the final ball and let the tempo slip but it’s not easy when sides do that.

Ironic that they get a free kick, commit a few players forward and we do them on the break. They got greedy going for the win with a few minutes left... and got what they deserved... sod all

We weren’t great but deserved the 3 points for me.

Reading, despite their league position, in good form, especially at home. Solid three points.
Despite it being a poor performance stats show we were well on top.

Very happy.

Woke up a baby, when goal went in😂😂

Agree milky

Didn’t think we played bad at all.

Get a early goal and we win by 3 or 4

Yeh, agree with that.

We’re leaking less - that’s the only real difference i can pick out.

Personally thought we had a lot more bad luck than good luck last year.

Happy but thought we were poor tonight. Never got round the back and created only one or two real chances.

Plus is we scored for one of them!

That we were dire tonight. Really did. Pablo, klitch, Philips are 10 times better than tonight’s performances. 3 points is all that matters. Beat boro and onwards and upwards

Agree thought phillips was appalling

Like he was trying too hard to impress after abit of talk about England

My only criticism was not getting the ball out wide enough. Tried too many times to go frontal route and we lack the strength to force through the middle.

Haven't we all said again, and again, that a team that grinds out results in games like this, will go up?

Leeds are four points better off after 18 games this season, compared to last season.

Looks good.

I think it's underestimated how hard it is to break down a team with 10 behind the ball. They set so deep. Well deserved win in the end.

Alioski changed the game, needed some extra width. This current formation is very narrow, prefer having an actual left back in the side to overlap with Harrison

Phillips passing was off but he made a number of telling tackle, one near the end in the box was a beauty

Costa and Alioski both class tonight

Was very confused about where Alioski was playing but it did seem to work

Alioski seemed to be everywhere
