Folk are of course entitled to their opinion on the GB. The fact of the matter is however that the EUFA laws explicitly ban the behaviour the GB continue to do. The long list of fines might well turn into a closed stadium punishment hitting ALL fans and giving our opponents an advantage. This cannot be allowed to happen, so imho the Board have acted properly. The GB need to cut out the illegal and offensive stuff and all will be good. Their statement however doesn’t fill me with confidence that they will comply with the rules. If that is the case they need banned until they issue a statement saying they will comply with the EUFA rules and Celtic’s T&C’s.

vii. By entering the Stadium, all persons are acknowledging that photographic images and/or video recordings (and/or stills taken from video recordings) may be taken of them and may also be used by the Club for marketing and promotional purposes. Entry into the Stadium is confirmation that all persons have consented to such use of their image. If these images should feature an individual prominently the Club will make reasonable efforts to gain the consent of that person before publishing such images, however, if this is not possible, then entry into the Stadium shall be deemed consent unless the Club is notified in writing to the contrary.

That's a bogus argument. The club couldn't sell enough merchandise to cover the fines.
