If players, managers and fans cannot feel anything for each other then what is the point of supporting a club?
You only good for us as long as you winning.

I get that, but how long are how supporters going to be wallowing in grief for a man that is no longer part of our club. I support the club, not ex managers.

You and a couple others bang on about stuff 200 years ago. I think it's fine for people to show respect for a manager who has been sacked for less than two weeks. Trophies are the only factor in becoming a legend of the sport. He has done brilliantly for Spurs and if you love Mourinho, you've got to thank Pochettino for getting us to a position to attract almost any manager we want.

Spurs would always be able to attract big name managers, they are a big club, although they have not won anything for a decade. Most managers would find it hard to turn down Spurs if offered the job, nothing to do with our previous manager.

They will turn on him very quickly then. For what it is worth I couldn`t care less if he took the Arsenal job, would be up to him, but he would be under the same pressure there, if not more, than at Spurs, where he had a pretty well free reign, not to actually win trophies. Arsenal fans would not put up with that.

Agreed, I talk about Spurs history, I don`t keep going on about a manager that won nothing. Yes he was an OK manager, but he is being elevated to something he clearly is not.

Don’t see why a article where poch has been very classy and fans what to show how much he meant to them has to be turned in to this.

Surely if you’ve moved on and don’t care there’s no need to comment.

This. Even if you supported sacking Pochettino and/or bringing in Mourinho, it's not a sign of weakness to wish Pochettino the best as well.

as long as he doesn't go to a premier league rival then i wish him all the best in his career. hes clearly a good guy, who just seemed to lose his way a bit. did a great job overall.

We get it Sandy, you don't rate Poch at all. Many of us do and want to acknowledge the job he's done and his thanks to the club and fans.

again, when have i said that you cant post what you want? the problem is that you post what you want, and then get all upset when someone pulls you up on it. then you get defensive, and then you attack without being attacked. it is not possible to have a constructive football conversation with you, whereas i can do this with every other person on the forum. look at how many years i have been arguing with Don and Spurtle for over Levy (with Don it goes back to the old 606, so that must be about 8 years) and we can still manage to have a constructive debate.
