5 points dropped in two games. That is not play-off performance. I am becoming resolved to accepting we are mediocre it very much pains me to say. It is gloom all round for me at the moment. I might have a glass of malt of which Heb would approve. It is Bladnoch 25 years old - 43 degrees and it will take a little water.

I do! A Galloway distillery and if memory serves Scotland's southernmost. I assuming the 10 yr old? A fine dram for St Andrew's Day. .Slàinte math!

Two poor teams offering poor entertainment

Heb, Yes in the village of Bladnoch on the river of the same name. They stopped distilling 3 years or duo ago but I understand they have started again. And, the most northerly is Highland Park I believe.

I missed the match last week as I and a pal were at Cambrai celebrating the battle and the discovery of a buried tank called Deborah. The commander of the tank was 2nd Lieutenant Frank Heap who didn't get killed as he had got out just before the tank was hit. His grandson is a friend and goes every year.

Looking at the tank in her museum was much more enjoyable than the dire dross served up in the name of football this afternoon. QPR were dreadful but slightly better than we were. I keep thinking how much better we were when we had NLN in charge. Just think, Will, Bryson and Hendrick in midfield. Ward and Russell on the wing. All the money spent for this, enough to make you weep.

The radio said we played with 3 at the back. We may have for 5 minutes but then we were a back 4. I'm no too sure of the midfield or forward formation and I don't think the players did either.

This performance is not acceptable to me and I think we have made a huge mistake giving the manager a 4 year deal.

Waghorn’s free kick was the only bit of quality in the whole match. Rooney must be having second thoughts

The penalty decision reminded me of Pope pious and the assumption. Something the ref thought up without any evidence.

I though Waghorn kicked the bloke after the ball had gone. Not necessary at all.
I’m not sure of the rules but I thought the penalty taker wasn’t allowed to pause. I could be wrong and the Ref seemed very happy indeed with it. So I suppose he knows best

Spart I agree with both your points. I thought the "penalty" was a free kick for us and I had already thought Wazza might be having second thoughts. I don't care if he does cuz I reckon he is well past it. Some say he will be our next manager! We can't win with that cuz if he does well, it's United and if he does badly he is sacked.

A very frustrating afternoon to be honest. QPR where there for the taking but the slick passing and movement so apparent in recent home game was missing today.
Who’d be a football manager. Losing Beilik in the warm up was a blow. And maybe Martin needed resting, I don’t know but we missed them both.

I hope somebody can give Those of us Who Could Not Attend a rundown of the game. I couldn't make it I'm afraid.

There was a time you'd predict your squad and be a player possibly two out of what the manager selected. Nowadays it's proving much more difficult to predict the squad.

Our formation today should have been deployed Vs Fulham to neutralise their attack. Today we should have gone with our diamond shape considering the success we've had and QPR have had a difficult spell so would be cagey.

Very frustrating and annoying based on what I've heard and read do far. Our injuries are slowly mounting up. Any news on Clarke as I still don't know when he's back + what happened to Bielik and how long is he likely to be out for?
