Not replacing Herrera with someone at least his equal is really hurting us with injuries to Pogba and McT.
Would have liked to have seen Gomes on the bench. Possibly even starting.

McGinn and Grealish would walk into Utds midfield
Villa absolutely have a better midfield than united
4th spot is still possible this season. We are a comfortable top 4 side on expected points.
Last season we were 4th on expected points and finished 6th. In fact last 2 times we finished 6th we were 4th on expected points.
We have to break the trend and not finish 6th after being the 4th best side on domination.
Somehow we will be in 5th if we win today.
Midfield looks dreadful, but hopefully our attack can get us the win today.
Christopher if Villa have a better midfield than Man Utd then why have they created significantly fewer chances than us and allowed significantly more chances against them than us.
We are probably favourites to beat Liverpool on expected points this season if we buy a striker in January.

luckily for us, the quality of the league is absolutely awful this season
Football is a strange game Klopp a genius and Solskjaer clueless both sides create similar quality chances and concede similar chances. Just there keeper and strikers are like 1.6x more efficient than ours.
We always this season make goalkeepers who rarely save shots look like world beaters this season.
