No it was about £36 according to Transfermarket

it's the constant rotation with no protection in front.

Alderweireld and Vertonghen also look very plain defensively.

We didn't know how lucky we were with Wanyama and a fit Dembele. Like all things...Walker Dembele and Wanyama have not been properly replaced and it truth you would struggle to replace them even with all 150m so like I've said before we need more bodies in midfield to control games. Especially away from home.

You right the defence is not getting enough protection but he is so weak on the ball and positioning. He really had to deal with that first goal better. He is young but I don't see him improving enough.

Reckon we could probably get £20m for him still. Would sell in January and bring in Ake. Reckon we could get him for around £40/45m. Far superior player to Sanchez in every way.

Unfortunately we have Levy in charge who will no doubt demand £40m for Sanchez so we're lumbered with the oaf.

Never rated him.

It’s a joke how far our defence has regressed. Not so long ago, we only conceded 2 goals in a game twice all season. Let that sink in.
Our issue is defenders Sanchez and Aurier actually can’t defend. And then the midfield go missing so it’s direct pressure on the back 4

Sanchez, Aurier, Rose, Sissoko, Dier, Winks, Davies all wouldn't look out of place in relegated side and are playing frequently for us. With like of Toby and Verts shadows of their former selves and Eriksen who was our key man for years shelled out and wants away

We are simply not very good side anymore, especially with the above names fielded

They can value him at what they want, but he'd be desperate to move to a top 6 club and imo we could get him for £45m.

I think he's top class and would make a big difference.

Depends on his contract situation. If he has years left, it won't be 45m.

Ake looks the real deal but not a chance they will sell for £45m no matter how much he wants to go, also if and when they decide he can be sold there would be more than one team in for him which would push the price up anyway

Should just offer them 70m. No point we low ball and end up paying 40m for Sanchez. We bought Sissoko for 30M and Mane was available for a few million more.
We wasted so much money on crap.

From memory it was Aurier to blame for United's first goal and Sissoko for their second. Playing with a RB who is a nutcase and a technically poor CM will always be difficult for a CB.

Sanchez isn't a waste of money but we can't expect our CBs to take care of everything all the time. The CMs are faaacking pathetic and so are the full backs.

posted on 5/12/19

At the moment he is not good enough, poor on the ball, makes errors and just does not look the full part. Whether he will ever improve is anybody's guess, but I wouldn't be too bothered if we sold him and replaced.
