Pep would do nothing of note if he was 17 years at Eibar. He is lucky to have managed one of the greatest teams in history with Messi, Iniesta, Xavi and Busquets.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don’t think it’s right to criticise the op for being too simplistic and then counter by doing exactly the same to be fair. You can make the same argument for any coach that’s successful with a team as ultimately it’s always down to the players to do what they’re asked and perform.

Pep never went to a midtable level team and improved them with selling and buying players.
Barca, Bayern and City have the most resources in their respective leagues.
When Klopp inherited the team from Rodgers we had Mignolet, Sakho, Skrtel, Moreno and Clyne as our defensive line. He got rid of those and we improved.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Doubt any of those 4 players were great when he took over Barca but you can lie to yourself
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You must be on the WUM with this
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Depends on your definition and 3 of those players were not regular first team players when Pep took over but you talk sheit so we will ignore those salient points
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Those players like Xavi, Puyol and Iniesta debuted when van Gaal and Rexach were managers. Xavi and Puyol debuted in 1998 and 1999 and Iniesta 2002.
10 years before Pep became manager. You are clueless or too young to remember this. I remember those players playing at Anfield when Van Gaal was manager in the Eufa cup.

Tbh I couldn’t be rsed looking into it but yeah the little Gooner has made himself look a bit silly here
Think he was hoping for United fans to join in but even they aint that stupid. Only people to agree was dangermong and some bitter Dutch which says is all
Not a fan of Klopp myself, but he has assembled a team that are quite literally going to walk to the title this year, so I give him credit for that.
We are what, 14 games in, and we are the only team who have taken points off them.

No he hasn’t but he’s always said he’s a coach, that’s not been in his remit at the clubs he’s been at and that’s also not why people hire him or what either they or he wants to do.
If you don’t think he can coach any players to get better, then you’re disregarding all available evidence though, including from your own coach.

You are talking from your backside. Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta debuted when van Gaal was in charge and played 37 league games in their title win of 2004/2005.
I didn't include Busquets in the list of debutants.
Busquets his first game was under Pep in 2008.
Your hate of Liverpool clouded your judgement of Klopp. Klopp his playing style at Dortmund with Gundogan at the base of their midfield was one the best in Europe.

This seems to be your only response when pushed on your frankly ridiculous points of view...
its a bit weak isn't it!?
Bayern have won the title for the last seven seasons; apart from Klopps back to back title winning season, the last time Bayern went two seasons without a title was like .... 92. Breaking up a monopoly is a massive achievement, it’s why Simmeone is elevated to a similar level. It’s not just winning the title, it’s doing it by beating the team/s who always win.
Hard to argue with the stats really.
I wouldn't say Klopp is bad, he's pretty good although I feel like last season was his absolute peak. This season VAR is carrying his reputation by while they look pretty average, all downhill from here I imagine.
Don't get me wrong, I'd take him at Arsenal, but I'd probably prefer someone like David Wagner who has his best years in front of him and a higher ceiling.
How many times us this article going to be done?
Pep started at Barca, Klopp started at Mainz. That says it all and the OP is aware of this and still wants a comparison based on trophies and ignoring all the other factors that may have influences.
Sharticle.
If Klopps first job had been Bayern then who knows?
Even Jose started at Porto where a league title was easy to achieve and a guaranteed annual ticket into the Champions league.
OP also fails to mention Klopp promoted Mainz.
Sharticle.
Klopp now has a 63% win ratio, by far the highest of any LFC manager. His first 100 Prem wins came in 159 games, only Jose was quicker (and he inherited a 2nd place team and a billionaire chairman).
