Don't you think a lot of it is to do with Labour's lack of credibility? Yes they are promising a lot but can they actually deliver it?

I guess a lot of people doubt whether that's possible and therefore see it as hollow promises.

I doubt the folk in grimsby have any idea what labour are promising never mind if it's possible or not.

I think you have to look at what the choices are, continue to vote for the same party who have made things far, far, worse for the lower class in Britain.

or look to another party who, at the very least, have a leader who is a socialist.

I like Corbyn, he's had the same principles for years and you need that, something you can hold a man to.

all u have these days is the boris's and ruth's of the world who lie and change their stance on a daily basis.

People who try differentiating between the two make me laugh. Until we have a legitimate threat of a 3rd party nothing will change in this country.

If Brexit wasn't on the radar and Labour had sensible centre-left policies with a moderate leader, they'd be winning this election outright quite comfortably instead of fighting to prevent a Tory majority.

Oh, and their supporters toning down the "poor people are stupid" rhetoric on social media would help them as well. It doesn't matter whether you believe that or not, when people see that directed at them, they conclude that the person saying it is their enemy.

We actually had a chance to get out and start afresh but didn't take it.

I don't agree with that tbh, we don't know the circumstances in which they are uneducated for a starters.

people need educated, but they need the facts as well, and politicians and the media are not doing their jobs.

even if we were moving out, that's a lot of children suffering.

I've found the last couple of weeks pretty depressing, the truth has never mattered less, I only have to look at my Google news feed or have a gander at the BBC news site every day to see the amount of propaganda and fake news that is being circulated.

I like Corbyn and many of his policies, but looking at the polls the SNP and Indyref2 seems to be our best way out of Tory governance, and even that route is a long shot.

best chance labour has is through a coalition, but even then I can't see it.

it actually sickens me that despite their policies putting more and more people in poverty, they will still get the nod from English / Welsh.

its disgusting tbh, poor just now, wait till they have to pay for healthcare.
