Freddie's only 2 games in, to be fair. And he's tried different permutations in midfield and defence each time.
I doubt anyone on this planet knows what our strongest Starting XI is.
The only thing I'm sure of is that a lightweight squad such as the one in the OP will ship about 5 goals.
I don't think this your team selection can even win a Championship match!

I do, and it certainly doesn't include the broken spine of Xhaka & Ozil, nor Kolasinac.

Unless Ljungberg tries this line up, then he won't know what his best squad is. Sokratis and Luiz have been horrendous and we're still playing them apart from replacing Mustafi for Sokratis against Norwich last week, which also backfired.

Ridiculous statement. The team lacks confidence not quality and a new manager with defensive strategy could change the morale of the team.

Xhaka's long passing ability is needed away from home, but we must put two agile midfielders alongside him for protection. We mustn't play Ozil away from home and Kolasinac is good going forward though lacks defensive capabilities. However, Tierney isn't ready yet for the Premier League.
Apparently we haven't even got money for a top class manager.

"Xhaka's long passing ability is needed away from home. "
No.
"We mustn't play Ozil away from home"
We mustn't play Ozil at all, he is a cancer to our club. His corner against Brighton was his first assist in the Premier League since February, enough said.
"Kolasinac is good going forward"
Tierney has already proven he's far better going forward. A few more Premier League games and he will show he's the better defender too.
I would forget defence altogether.

It's not Ozil's fault for our players not grabbing opportunities when he creates for them. He is still our best creator in the squad. We have the weakest creative midfielders for a long time. We let Ramsey and Iwobi without a replacement. Iwobi is never a goalscorer, but at least he used to pick right passes. Arsenal need four/five exceptional players (two CBs, CDM, Winger, and Cam) in order to compete for top four.

This is the thing, most of us don't have any clear answers because our players lack consistency and they're so poor to watch.
Your team don't have enough players like Henderson, Milner and Wijnaldum who work very hard to let players like Aubameyang and Lacazette do their thing.
For years your fans laughed at player like Hendo.
