Very important that we don't rush the manager position and get the wrong person. Better to stay as we are for another month or so and get the right man. Need somebody with PL experience and someone who lays the law down with a firm hand to this bunch of players , moving a few out quickly will show that in future we will not tolerate this type of attitude and performance.
