Let's just forget the inconvenient facts that both Bolingoli and Christie should've had 2nd yellow cards and instead focus on Morelos.

How on earth Jullien also stayed on the pitch is beyond comprehension, too.

Been a few on here enjoying his red, finally someone mentioning you were and did get beat. It's not even a comfort blanket.

BTW I'd argue his first yellow was saft.

Eh?

I think the point being made is that Morelos hasn’t changed one little bit. He’s a numpty on the behaviour front and his throat slitting gesture was just incredible.

It’s the sort of thing that’s the difference between him being a bloody good player to being a great player

I think it was the fact it was a fifth or sixth foul rather than nastiness of it.

The type of player he is he will foul, it's about controlling it. He is a player when he plays for you then you love but opponents hate

He's a cheat, should have been off every time we've played against him this season, today was actually the best he's behaved against us.

As for the game, a very lightweight performance, our game this season has been all about our front 4 and they all under performed.

Any talk of it being a dominating performance is nonsense though, we missed a penalty and 2 cleared off the line, from what I heard the Katic goal should never have been a corner too, saying all that Rangers were the better team and some of our players really need to figure out why they allowed the pressure to get the better of them again today.

It will now be interesting to see how Rangers deal with the momentum shift...

Yeah it should've been a pen.

SG needs to take a lot of the flak for Alfredo getting a red.

He should have subbed him after Brown threw himself to the deck to con Clancy into the first booking.

He deserved his second yellow no doubt. But SG should have seen it coming.

Clancy made a rod for his own back booking Katic and giving the Celtic pen. Christie’s on Aribo was way worse and......quelled surprise....nothing.

We won today against the famous home crowd and the 12th man in black.

I find it incredulous to suggest that there is a supposed hesitancy of refs to card him - it beggars belief.

How many times was he carded last year?

Sure - 'Teflon' Brown was carded today (I couldn't believe it till I saw it) but just how many times has he got away with absolutely shocking tackles?

Aye bit Alfie...

Even if the Katic goal should not have been a corner it should have been a penalty for us before it went for the corner, for shirt-pulling on Aribo.

Shouldn’t have been a corner.

Should have been a pen and a red card for Christie.

Why didn’t your superstar defender Ajer not just win the header against Katic?

He could have done that fisty roary thing he likes to do after completing the most basic defensive duties👍

How can any supporter back his behaviour? If he was one of ours I’d be bloody raging with him. As he’s yours I just see him as reverting to type. The daft thing is there’s just no need for any of the foot stamping, jumping into players and diving and rolling around nonsense.

As I said it’s the difference between a bloody good player and a great one.

For the hard man of Scottish football to go down like a wee nyaff was embarrassing. A wee barge and he's on the deck

Christie should've been on the end of a second yellow card for the one on Aribo and Bolignoli could easily have seen a second yellow for clambering all over Alfie.

HTF Juliien got away with his constant fouling was beyond comprehension.

Brother Clancy tried his best but to no avail.

Clear candidates for relegation and then we will lose Grealish.

Oh please - defend your player by all means but to suggest that Teflon Brown doesn't getaway with murder in Scotland is just foolish.

I'm pleased Grealish has shown himself to be a top class player but I genuinely fear for Villa staying up, especially now John McGinn is injured

I’m not defending anyone.

As for it being “murder” in a footballing sense I would point out that Brown is one of the most regularly booked players in our game.

But hey ho. Just in no way comparable.

Celtic could/should easily have been down to 9 today never mind your dodgy goal. I think Celtic fans should be more concerned as to how a referee saved them from a more embarrassing result

Carded - yes, perhaps he is.

Red carded when he should be - nowhere near enough times.

Therein lies the big difference.
