Not that I can remember it anyway, but why ‘apart from the Sheffield United game’?

What is you reason to keep him in the job.

.......

I don’t have the power to sack him.

I don't think anybody refers to themselves as an Ole in fan tbf

Sorry to disappoint but I have not influence over the Glazer family and therefore do not keep Ole him in his job.

and is in-game management something to do with gaming consoles?

Simple really. We are near the most dominant side in the PL era with the worst points. Now the tactics are like the best in the world. All it means is we got near the least efficient players.

5th in the league
still in Europa League
still in League Cup
still in FA Cup
net spend of £40m in the summer
has the talents of Mata, Young, Lingard available to him.

Shocking management. David Brent could do better.

0-0 at Wolves is embarrassing given the talent Ole has at his disposal. I remember Fergie having to go to Wolves with a team containing Rio, Keane, Scholes, Ronaldo and Van Nistelrooy and coming away with a respectable 1-0 defeat.

We're celebrating 5th place and league cup runs now? How embarrassing!
Ole out.

I wouldn’t describe myself as an Ole in fan at all.

I’m just not spending my entire time moaning about him, calling for him to be sacked and failing to get behind my team.

The alternatives make no sense until the summer.

The current has made no sense, apart from a buffer for Ed, since appointment. Selling rubbish players and delivering even more rubbish results is not a reason to justify bring our manager. But, he wasn't appointed based on his incredibly limited credentials to begin with.

It's just a case of how long people want to extend the "he deserves time" period at this stage. As things aren't getting better, and there is very little (if any?) sign they

The constant change of manager has left the squad in the state you see it today, 4 managers in 7 years all buy in a raft of players only for many to be got rid of by the next appointment.

The midfield was being neglected even in Fergie's time and no one has ever really addressed that since then.

We have very little in midfield. Which has consequences for defence and attack.

Ole has made 3 signings, all improved the team. As a pacey counter attacking team we are good (and les think back to the very recent times when we were miles away from that!), but we lack the key talent to unlock teams. Those players are hugely unlikely to be acquired in January so there is no point in getting rid.

The 3 he has got have improved the side, the youth he has brought through in Williams and Greenwood have improved the side.

And yet we have our first points tally at this stage in any season in 30 years? I think it's debatable as to how good our signings have been. Without wanting to take any of them apart individually, I'm not convinced that they'll be the bedrock of the team for the manager (almost certainly not Ole) who takes us back in the right direction.

What isn't debatable is how incapable of getting the best out of the squad Ole is.

Maguire is better than Phil Jones.
AWB was needed, we had no right back.
James, was decent for the money and again, we didn't have lots of options, no one with his pace.

Without having someone else manage exactly the same side in parallel the level Ole is getting from the team is 100% debatable as there is no base level.

Worst points total in 30 years, when Fergie was in charge... it turned out OK in the end. I am not comparing the 2 but some time must be given. Some more signings must be made. The state of the squad is not the fault of the guy there for 1 year, but the fault of bad management for 7 years. The best run clubs are the most successful, ours has been poorly run for 7 years.

He has achieved some quality results

That's it. They are the only reasons I can come up with in support of him being manager.

“What isn't debatable is how incapable of getting the best out of the squad Ole is.”

Two issues with this.

Firstly, it absolutely is debatable. We’re missing good players in key positions and I really don’t know how many progressive managers would achieve more with this team.

Secondly, we don’t want a manager to get the best out of a limited squad. That’s the Allardyce school of management.

We want a manager who will build a team and squad capable of competing, young and vibrant, one that can be taken over at some stage and not need an ongoing overhaul.

Just to be clear, at no stage will be I discussing Ole with you. You’re a repeat banned user who cannot have a sensible discussion and the board would be better off without you.
