Agree with all of that even though I only got to see the second half and missed the best bit!
How the ref could've booked Klich is beyond me.
At least now we know we can mix it up with a PL club.
Nonetheless, I feel extremely proud of that performance!
Cant disagree, we only need one signing and that's a quality striker(easier said than done), got cover everywhere else and the players that come in fit in easily,
My only worry, aside from injuries is that we have a dip in form after cup exit, that was a long demoralising second half for players who had been so dominant first half.
Wouldnt mind a top class attacking midfielder signed in the summer when we go up
Not so sure we will be demoralised after that Jonty - we won't be coming up against Guendouzi and Lacazette every week who showed their quality in the second half.
Who you've got in the 5th round?
You can guarantee if we go up VAR will never go our way
It was a really sobering second half. The gulf in quality showed, however mentally we went to a top Prem team and let a dominant first half go to waste.
Unlike the other exits against lesser sides, I can see Bielsa making them watch that game over and over in order to have them ready to do what Arsenal did 9n the second half and be aggressive in that final third.
Guendiuzi was a maestro second half. So agile and technically adept real guile to his play. He stopped us getting out and re distributed the ball to their speed merchants up top.
I think we need another striker as an emergency now because once Bamford tires, the fli ks, the touch the technique suffers and today would have been a great game for a pacy striker to come on.

One would hope not, but a loss is a loss and was a long second half after being so dominant. I hope they take the positives, but we always tend to be flat after cup exit and hope we don't see same sort of results this time.

Spot on first paragraph and hope Bielsa does exactly as you say, the players need to know how good what they did was.
There are simply no excuses, club needs to sign a proper second striker.
Before the match I thought I'd feel gutted if we lost it, but listening to the BBC panel affirming that the most important thing for us is promotion, has actually left me feeling buoyed up that we're out of the cup. Apart from now being able to focus on the job in hand, there are so many positives to take from our first half performance. However, I defy anyone to still deny that we need a proven goalscorer. I've been of the opinion for several months now that Bamford (who made a great contribution overall today) is not a natural striker. There are so many qualities that top strikers need to possess and while Bamf has many of these, he lacks some of the most vital attributes, including the sixth sense to be in the right place at the right time, composure when the goal is in sight, and basic level of accuracy. This month must see us bring in a goalscorer – even Radz and Orta can't be so arrogant as to believe otherwise.
,my thoughts from tonight are pride in Leeds United but Arsenal were a disgrace cynicai falling over for nothing disrupting the flow of footballl from Leeds .And the worst thing was the ref did nothing about it.Very impressed with Meslier should keep the shirt .Sign a prolific striker and a few more for cover in case of injuries and bobs your uncle.
Watched the game with a few premier league supporters and they were blown away by our first half performance.
Was very proud of the team and supporters tonight and although we lost there were a lot of positives to take away.
A couple of decent signings and there will be no stopping us.
You play like that when you're back in the prem and you'll beat a surprisingly high number of teams
Arsenal have not been a top PL side so far, this season though. They sit at #10 from 20 sides.
That may change, but as it stands, they are mid-table
Cheers Greasy, I think you might be right

As Beckford said it is a blessing in disguise that we lost, back to unfinished business in the Championship, no worries about future FA cup games. 1st half we looked like a prem. side and Arsenal like a 2nd tier side ! - 2nd half we faded away, the Gunners made it hard for us - I must agree with some of you that Meslier was really calm, and I would trust him, his passing, distribution was amazing and he made a couple of good saves too, I would not worry if Casilla is out for a while.

good news ellando, so now all we need is a backup striker and cb.
We'd have won that game today if we still had Roofe.
He's the kind of striker who had that sixth-sense to get into the right position to finish.
We have to find a similar player this window or we're going to fade away as usual in the rest of the season.

Jaz - if you felt proud of the second half, you'll burst with pride when you watch the first. We bossed them for the full 45.
Overall a good performance by Leeds losing to a fairly lucky goal.
Big positive - we played well and took 8,000 fans and the team played the game in the right spirit
Big positive was Meslier. Excellent kicking and decision making.
Big negative was Gotts. Simply not at the races. Too slow in feet and thought and surprised he wasnt taken off at half time. Stevens came on and nearly gave a goal away with his first touch. No wonder Bielsa rarely brings them off the bench!!
Big negative potential injury to Ayling - hopefully tightness rather than a tear.
Big negative - VAR. How can they send Son off 2 weeks ago for a similar type of strength kick and then Lacazette goes unpunished.
Big negative - Xhaka and the refs love for him. 4 incidents he could have been booked for and then bought 3 free-kicks by going down easily. Incredible. No wonder the Arsenal fans boo him!
My big takeaway from today is immense pride in our club. I've felt and said at times, Messiah is as stubborn as a mule. But, you know what, he's fooking amazing.
Truly brilliant manager, teacher and leader. Can't believe he's in charge of us. Fantastic period for LUFC.
Do wish we'd won. But big picture here for me is the style of football we play I wouldn't swap for anything.
Meslier looks like a ruddy find. Bamford, all is forgiven.
You are a hardworking player. Looking forward to getting Pablo back and hopefully seeing Tyler back.
Over to AR & Orta to get us over the top in the window.
Thought we were excellent, especially first half where we gave them a footballing lesson, just very disappointing that we didn't score and kill the game off first half. Plenty of positives from the game. The brightest point of the night was just how well the club was represented, the team, the manager, the brand of football and the fans. Proud to be a Leeds fan even more than normal tonight.
Over to Radz and Orta.
