Nope, already done a 10km, 3 weighlifting session, full 90 mins of footy.
Give it a few weeks before i turn back to full blown alcoholism.

Nice, aslong as the intensity is there. I tried keeping up with pull ups while I was on my xmas break, was doing 50 or so but the intensity and focus just wasn't there. Its good to be back in the gym and playing footy again.
Yeah I had a break over christmas so I've come back into the new year actually wanting to be in the gym, always helps
I've gone low carb combined with 5x5 training. Proving quite tough so far, but creatine helps.
Not giving up beer though, once a week I'm going to get smashed.
Creative makes me feel horrid. Stomach cramps etc. Not worth it for me. My diets been a lot better and I’ve cut out booze for the meantime so have a lot more energy

I don't use much of it, I think if you have loads or too much you'd get cramps. It's quite effective though.
I have one of the little scoops it comes with and it kills me. Something like 1/5 off the top of my head have reactions to it

I occasionally took that pre workout ephedrine and caffine stuff, holy fack almost got heart palpitations. Not doing that again, creative at least does not do that!

Depending on your goals, beer won’t really hurt unless you’re going over your calorie maintainence

im quite in shape I reckon. 83kg and 6ft. A quick google search shows my BMR to be between 1800 to 1900 calories a day.
one pint of stella is 227 calories apparently, say i have 8 thats my calories for the day, without any food
Why not just have 6 and protein shake

That being said isn't BMR 'resting', so not actual maintenance?
yes it is, its your basic metabolic rate right? I think, i cant remember now lol.
But even if it is, with food and 8 pints thats like 3000 calories man.

Yeah I'm not 100% clued up on it tbh
vodka in a shake sounds like a valid option though, must be good for you being a clear spirit
