As I was walking away from the ground I heard a Barnsley fan saying we were the worst team he's seen this year (I presume he meant this season) How have we come to this? The Premier league has destroyed us. I know I'm being a bit melodramatic but you get the picture. It's heartbreaking.

Is it Dean Hoyles fault? He ploughed his personal fortune into the club, saw us in the promised land, then took all his money back. Like a gamble that paid off....for him.

We're now left in the sh¡te. We've got a pair of teachers at the helm, and a new chairman with nowt int Bank. It's a disaster.

There's more and more pointing the finger at Hoyle. I fully understand that he needed to step back due to his health, most people would have done the same but why are we in such a mess? Surely he could have taken his loans back over a longer period of time? I don't suppose we'll ever know what has really gone on but it's all such a shame.

That's half of the average home attendance of Lincoln City.

I know I said it yesterday but happy birthday Hydy.

I've thought Grant has looked off for a few games now, hope his head's not been turned.

As we were walking to the ground yesterday there was a group of (young) supporters being escorted to the ground, they were noisy but that's all as far as I could see.

Anyway the game had started when my son pointed out a group of our supporters being escorted/marched up that steep hill and away from the ground by the police. Obviously they were not being allowed in for some reason or other.

I doubt they would have been allowed to just wander around Barnsley so the police must have put them on a train or bus back to Huddersfield.

As far as I could see they were just being very loud but there could have been more to it, I don't know. Perhaps it was something to do with the last time (?) we were there when there was all that trouble over beer being nicked and thrown all over the place.

Anyway just thought I'd share this with you all, added a bit of excitement to my day 😂
