I just find it all so bizarre. Loan players we are arguably the third best team in the country and former champions league finalists. Not Burnley.
This guy is pretty average and cannot get into the benfica side.

At least you go for exciting marquee signings more than we do with Ozil, Sanchez and Aubameyang. To be honest we've made less exciting signings since we actually became a top 4 club than before we were one.

I doubt the loan fee is that high so I'm ok with the signing.
But...21 isn't that young, he has barely played for Benfica, Jose doesn't tend to like younger players and the PL is such a tough league to adjust to. I'd be very surprised if this loan becomes permanent, but let's see how he does.
His only played 18 times in the last 11 months..

Portugal is just Ronaldo with 10 others.

My worry is that with this loan deal, Levy will think our issues in midfield have been addressed.
Having watched a YouTube video of highlights of him playing to a dance track, I'm convinced he is now going to be the best thing since sliced bread for us.
