if you had to give up beef, chicken, lamb or pork up forever which would it be?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lamb, no question
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I love lamb. So tasty.

I'd rather give up pork myself. Beef and Lamb all the way.

No sausages or bacon ever again? Good luck with that

I only rarely eat lamb, and that's despite wifey being Welsh. It's tasty but I wouldn't especially miss it.

If you give up Pork then you give up bacon. That’s a big ask.

Adama Traore doesn't lift weights.

My friend is a model and is very skinny, yet eats crap and doesn't exercise.

It is all about knowing what works for your body. There is no one thing fits all advice on diet. Apart from don't be a fat love island watching cant. Also Brexit as well.

I tried Veganuary but it didn't work for me as I couldn't get enough energy for lifting weights and doing sports etc without losing weight or not being able to do stuff to my full potential. My metabolism is too fast.

What I took away from it was that it would be the ideal diet for someone who wants to lose weight and has a slow metabolism. Also it will make them feel a lot better than their current diet.

It is all about knowing your body and what works best for you depending upon how much exercise you do, what you want to achieve and your metabolism etc.

The people who would benefit from being vegan are usually the ones least likely to become one.

FAT, LAZY, LOVE ISLAND CANTS. Also Brexit.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It can totally be done on a vegan diet, but might take a bit of adjusting and work to get it right.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Cutting fat, yes. Novak Djokovic is vegan and he's in phenomenal shape, obviously. Barely a scrap of fat on him.

Bulking is a lot trickier without meat. Doable, but difficult. You'd need a good bunch of supplements.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not hugely difficult. There's plenty of vegan bodybuilders etc out there achiveing incredible results. Generally, if you want to bulk - regardless of diet, you'll end up using supplements. There's not a huge amount of difference.

Game Changers is interesting, but personally I found it starts to get a bit repetitive towards the end.

Traore absolutely does lift weights. I know he's been quoted as saying he doesn't but (a) he's blatantly showing off, and (b) I've seen videos of him working out. It's all power-based athletic training but it's absolutely resistance-based, even if he's not just plugging away at a bench for hours on end.

Even with phenomenal genetics (which he no doubt has) there's no way you get to his size without doing SOME resistance training.

I'd very happily eat horse. I mean, I have done plenty of times when it was sold as beef. Really don't get the issue.

Also, the quote about vegetables being "food that my food eats" is Ron Swanson in Parks & Rec
