I think though people overstate how much his experience was worth. Experience if anything should bring good decision making, and his decision making at times was atrocious. ironically I think this season has brought some of his better performances at full back.
Not his fault, but his presence in the team (along with Fellaini, Jones etc) was sort of symptomatic of the teams decline over the years.

Inter offered him 2 years. United wouldnt, hence him going. Oles confirmed it.
Hopefully Bailly is back as he was great in his first season. Someone like him is what we need.
